About Us

Move On is a fixed fee estate agency with our head office in Dublin city centre and we cover all of Ireland.

Move On was set up to offer Irish homeowners an alternative to paying estate agents huge commissions on property sales. Move On provides an exceptionally high level of service, yet we charge a low fixed and fair fee, this offers our customers complete transparency from the beginning. We also don’t charge any upfront fees and offer “No Sale No Fee’ to all our customers, this means you don’t pay anything upfront, including “Marketing Fees”.

Apart from our low set fees, Move On has invested in a custom build platform for our customers to take control of their sale, they can edit the content of their ads, receive offers, feedback and book free valuations all from their “MyMove” dashboard, this makes Move On a truly 24/7 business. So while traditional estate agents are closed in the evenings and weekends, Move On carries on working for you.

Our director David Madden has over 15 years’ experience working in estate agents in Ireland and London. David seen a gap in the market in Ireland to offer a full estate agency service but for a price that reflects the work involved in the house selling process.

At Move On we put the same high standard of work into selling every property, so we don’t see the need to charge a commission based on the value of your property. By incorporating technology and the highest standards of customer service, MoveOn.ie brings overheads to a bare minimum, allowing huge discounts on prices to be passed on to our customers. Commission based estate agents are not currently providing the best deal for consumers. customer choice, transparency, and value aren't being delivered – and we are here to change that.

Move On is regulated by the Property Services Regulatory Authority and all our estate agents are also individually licenced, this is to make sure that our customers receive the highest of standards from their estate agent.
