Move On has a dedicated online platform for all our customers, you can accept/reject offers, manage viewings and have full visibility and control of every aspect of your sale.
Move On advertises on all the major property portals, including Daft.ie & MyHome.ie and many more. As well as this we also advertise our properties on the major UK sites for extra exposure.
Most estate agents will charge an upfront fee to sell your property, this is usually between €300 - €500. Move On doesn’t charge our customers any upfront payments.
Move On only charges when your property sells, therefor if for any reason you decide not to sell your property, we don’t charge you anything.
Move On provides excellent customer service and expert local knowledge from our team of licensed estate agents and are dedicated to selling your property.
Move On charges a flat fee of €1,800 to sell your property rather than commission based like most estate agents, this offers full transparency from the start.
We offer professional photography, floor plans and custom designed property brochures for every property we sell to really help your property stand out.
Once we have found you a buyer, our dedicated sales support team will deal with solicitors and manage your sale right through to completion.
Move On creates engaging digital campaigns that we share across all our social media platforms, we target these at potential buyers actively looking to buy in your area.
